Dairy Basics - Small Private Class

Service Description

In this class you will get hands-on experience making some of your favorite dairy staples! We will learn how to skim fresh milk, make whipped cream, make butter from start to finish, how to make yogurt, and much more. Take this class with your children, with a few friends, or make it a fun couple's date night! Come find out just how simple, fun, and rewarding it is to make your own dairy products! Up to 4 participants. Have a larger family or group and want to book this class? Message me! Price is $100 and includes the milk and cream you will use during class, the butter you make, and a jar of yogurt starter. Please contact me to discuss schedule before booking. A $50 deposit is due at time of booking and is nonrefundable within 14 days of the class date. If you cannot make it due to illness or other extenuating circumstances, your payment may be applied to another class or activity of your choosing for up to 6 months.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made within 14 days of classes will not be refunded. If we must cancel due to weather or other extenuating circumstances, the class will be rescheduled, or your payment may be used towards an alternate class of your choosing for up to 6 months.
